Ergonomics of Labor Analysis (ERC) has as its main objective to identify and justify in a work system existing or under design those elements that make it adapted to employees.

The items under consideration are as follows:

Physical activity

Load management

Work stops and movements (check for bad work stops)

Risk of accident

Lighting, thermal environment, vibrations, noise, etc.

Repetition

Ability to make decisions, control at work

The job analysis needs to be done by experts in order to achieve the best result for the company's employees
